AGORA Researchers Awarded Prestigious SNSF Project Funding Grants

Two members of the AGORA community have been awarded highly competitive SNSF Project Funding grants (Call: 01.10.2025), in recognition of the excellence and ambition of their research.

Denarda Dangaj (Department of Fundamental Oncology, UNIL) — “Discovery of actionable targets that bypass immune exclusion and reinstate anti-tumor T cell responses in recurrent OC.”

Raphael Gottardo (Biomedical Data Science Center, CHUV-UNIL) — “Delineating mechanisms regulating the compromised human Germinal Center immunoreactivity in aging and HIV” (shared project with Constantinos Petrovas, Institut universitaire de pathologie CHUV; Nicole Patrizia Kadzioch, University Hospital Zurich (USZ); and Yannick Muller, Service d’immunologie et allergie CHUV).

Both researchers are part of the UNIL-CHUV cancer research ecosystem, underscoring AGORA’s continued commitment to fostering interdisciplinary, high-impact cancer research.
