Wishing you all a relaxing holiday break, we would like to inform you about the organization details for the AGORA scientific platforms and services during the Christmas holidays – from Friday, December 20th, 2024, to Monday, January 6th, 2025.
Scientific platforms
The Flow Cytometry Facility (FCF)
The FCF will be closed from 6:00 pm on Friday, December 20th, to 12:00 pm on Monday, January 6th. During this period:
- No support, training, or repairs will be available.
- Sorting services will be suspended.
- Analytical flow cytometers will remain accessible to experienced users with valid access cards; however, staff will not be available for troubleshooting or setup assistance. Bookings for instruments will remain open via the IRIS system. For inquiries, contact Mr. Danny Labes at .
The In Vivo Imaging Facility (IVIF)
The IVIF will remain open for self-service by experienced users with valid access cards. No on-site support will be available from Monday, December 23rd, to Monday, December 30th, nor on the public holidays of Wednesday, January 1st, and Thursday, January 2nd.

The AGORA In Vivo Center (AIVC)

The Histology Facility (HF)
The HF will be closed from Monday, December 23rd, to Monday, January 6th. Self-service access will remain available via the IRIS system for experienced users with valid access cards. For inquiries, please contact Ms. Véronique Noguet at .
The Cellular Imaging Facility (CIF)
The CIF will be closed from Tuesday, December 24th, to Monday, January 6th. During this time, systems will not be accessible, and no support will be available. For inquiries, please contact Dr. Luigi Bozzo at .
The Bioengineering & Organoids Technology Platform (BET)
No staff will be present from Monday, December 23rd, to Monday, January 6th. Some equipment may remain accessible upon prior request. For inquiries, please contact Dr. Gaspard Pardon at .
Central services
IT Services
IT services will operate on Monday, December 23rd, Tuesday, December 24th, Monday, December 30th, Tuesday, December 31st, and Friday, January 3rd. Outside of these days, members are advised to contact their respective institutional IT departments for day-to-day issues.

Administrative Services

Logistics Services
Logistics services, including the AGORA shop, will operate on Monday, December 23rd, Tuesday, December 24th, Monday, December 30th, Tuesday, December 31st, and Friday, January 3rd.
- Orders for temperature-sensitive reagents (+4°/-20°/-80°) from external suppliers must be submitted before Sunday, December 15th. New orders can be placed starting Monday, January 6th.

Washing and Sterilization Services & Laboratory Solutions Production Platform

The ISREC Foundation reception will be closed from Monday, December 23rd, to Monday, January 6th.
Restaurant “Le Lab”
The restaurant “Le Lab” will close on Friday, December 20th, at 4:00 pm and reopen on Monday, January 6th.
Microsynth Sequencing Services
Microsynth sequencing services, including DNA sample collection and DNA/RNA oligonucleotide synthesis, will be closed during the holiday period. Normal operations will resume on Thursday, January 2nd. More information is available at www.microsynth.com.
