Dear researchers,
Nothing is more meaningful than a cell inside its native environment. Our two-photon microscopes available at IVIF AGORA inside the animal facility allows for real-time observation of cell movement and structure deep within the tissue.
The most unique characteristic of the immune system is its highly dynamic nature, as such, it is an imaging modality of choice to be able to fully understand immune cell involvement into the tumor microenvironment.
We are pleased to highlight the work of Stefania Vilbois from the lab of Prof. Ping-Chih Ho, imaging the behavior of exhausted T cells in situ.
