Description: This workshop introduces the fundamental principles of mass cytometry and imaging mass cytometry. These advanced techniques enable the simultaneous analysis of up to 50 markers in cell suspension samples and up to 40 markers in tissue samples. By phenotyping and characterizing immune spatial interactions within the tissue microenvironment, these tools provide valuable insights that are instrumental in advancing immuno-oncology research.
