Dear AGORA Research Community,
Registration is now open for the workshop “Introduction to R for Life Sciences,” presented by Dr. Tania Wyss and Dr. Joao Lourenco from the Translational Data Science Facility (TDS-F).
This course is designed for beginners and will provide hands-on practical sessions with R and RStudio. Participants will receive example data and R commands to learn how to navigate the R environment, import and explore data, and generate graphs and reports. The example data will reflect the types generated through high-throughput sequencing.
The workshop is scheduled for one day, with sessions from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, consisting of two 1.5-hour sessions with a 30-minute break each half day.
