We are proud to congratulate Dr Fernanda Herrera, who (along with Dr. Nicola Vannini) has been awarded funding from the Fondazione San Salvatore for her research on elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which ionizing radiation modulates tumor immunogenicity. Her research ultimately aims to develop immunotherapy-based combinatorial strategies.
