Dear Everyone,
The Agora PhD & Post Doc Association is thrilled to invite you to our next Halloween Apéro! 🎃👻
It’s time to take a break from the lab, grab a drink, and enjoy a spooky evening with your colleagues!
Here are all the details you need to know:
📅 Date: Thursday, November 5th
⏰ Time: 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm
📍 Location: Cafeteria area, 3rd floor
🎃 PUMPKIN CARVING COMPETITION! 🎃
This time, we are adding a little competition to our apéro! Gather your colleagues or friends, carve a pumpkin together in advance, and bring it to the event! During the evening, everyone will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite pumpkin!
Think your group can create the best (or scariest 👻) pumpkin?
Please note that pumpkins should be carved beforehand, as there will be no carving workshop during the event.
As usual, snacks, drinks, and good vibes will be waiting for you!
We look forward to seeing you all for a spooky evening! 🎃
Best regards,
The Agora PhD & Post Doc Association Team
